Tune A Melt

A chop suey but American and with canned tuna

How to do it

(Amounts can be as much as you want; experiment with different amounts.)

  1. Cut the onions up and put them in the bowl
  2. Chop parsley and place in bowl too
  3. Put tuna in bowl with celery
  4. Put a nice clonk or two of mayo into the bowl
  5. Stir the bowl contents
  6. Squeeze some lemon juice into the bowl (for flavor)
  7. Put a pinch of salt and garlic powder
  8. Make a sandwich with bread slices and tuna mixture
  9. Spread some butter on the bottom and top of sandwich
  10. Grill on skillet and cover for a few minutes
  11. Flip and grill on the other side — cover again
  12. Plate sandwich
  13. Cut
  14. Eat
