Tune A Melt
A chop suey but American and with canned tuna
How to do it
(Amounts can be as much as you want; experiment with different amounts.)
- Cut the onions up and put them in the bowl
- Chop parsley and place in bowl too
- Put tuna in bowl with celery
- Put a nice clonk or two of mayo into the bowl
- Stir the bowl contents
- Squeeze some lemon juice into the bowl (for flavor)
- Put a pinch of salt and garlic powder
- Make a sandwich with bread slices and tuna mixture
- Spread some butter on the bottom and top of sandwich
- Grill on skillet and cover for a few minutes
- Flip and grill on the other side — cover again
- Plate sandwich
- Cut
- Eat
