Scrambled Eggs

Perfect post-gym meal, btw. Pairs great with a bowl of oatmeal or protein shake

How to do it

  1. Crack all 5 eggs into a bowl
  2. Whisk eggs till blended
  3. Pour oil on your wok or skillet, heat it over high heat
  4. When oil gets nice and hot, pour eggs into pan
  5. Mix and scramble with skillet
  6. When the eggs look cooked, they are. Turn off the heat. They'll continue cooking in the hot pan.
  7. Plate your eggs. They'll continue to cook on the plate.
  8. Salt and pepper if you wanna.
  9. Eat.
