Scrambled Eggs
Perfect post-gym meal, btw. Pairs great with a bowl of oatmeal or protein shake
How to do it
- Crack all 5 eggs into a bowl
- Whisk eggs till blended
- Pour oil on your wok or skillet, heat it over high heat
- When oil gets nice and hot, pour eggs into pan
- Mix and scramble with skillet
- When the eggs look cooked, they are. Turn off the heat. They'll continue cooking in the hot pan.
- Plate your eggs. They'll continue to cook on the plate.
- Salt and pepper if you wanna.
- Eat.
