My go-to when I wanna eat good after the gym

How to do it

  1. In the rice cooker pot, combine everything except soy sauce; knead by hand.
  2. Press flat against the bottom of the pot for max surface area.
  3. Score the top lightly in a crosshatch with a knife.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce on top.
  5. Cook in the rice cooker until internal temperature is at least 160°F.
  6. Eat. I use a spoon
