Rice Cooker Hambagu
My go-to when I wanna eat good after the gym
How to do it
- In the rice cooker pot, combine everything except soy sauce; knead by hand.
- Press flat against the bottom of the pot for max surface area.
- Score the top lightly in a crosshatch with a knife.
- Drizzle soy sauce on top.
- Cook in the rice cooker until internal temperature is at least 160°F.
- Eat. I use a spoon
