Hot Sos
Ooooooooooooooooooooo that’s hot. That’s real hot.
How to do it
- Chop the peppers and bell peppers
- Smash the garlic with the blade of the knife (lay it flat on top of the garlic and press down)
- Put the peppers and garlic in the jar
- In a saucepan, close-boil the vinegar, water, honey/sugar, and salt
- Pour into the jar
- Wait for it to cool and put the lid on
- Chill in the fridge
- Wait 2 days to pickle
- Don’t eat
