How to do it

  1. Chop the peppers and bell peppers
  2. Smash the garlic with the blade of the knife (lay it flat on top of the garlic and press down)
  3. Put the peppers and garlic in the jar
  4. In a saucepan, close-boil the vinegar, water, honey/sugar, and salt
  5. Pour into the jar
  6. Wait for it to cool and put the lid on
  7. Chill in the fridge
  8. Wait 2 days to pickle
  9. Don’t eat
