Fries Beef

How to do it

  1. Crank your stovetop hood to maximum power.
  2. Heat the wok (or skillet) up on high heat.
  3. Get it really hot. You know it's hot when you sprinkle water on it and you get the Leidenfrost effect.
  4. Dump the beef into the hot pan and stir fry with spatula. The beef's own fat will be the cooking oil.
  5. Ignore the smoke alarm. It knows not your fitness goals.
  6. (Optional) Add salt and pepper or other low-calorie flavoring.
  7. Once the beef is all browned and cooked, plate.

If you really wanna make this into a full ass meal, here you go:

Ingredients (additional):

  • Air Fryer
  • Frozen hashbrown potatoes (eyeball)
  • Ketchup
  • Pickles (optional)

How to do it:

  1. Preheat air fryer for 370 degrees
  2. After it's heated, take the tray out and dump frozen hashbrowns in until you have a bed of hashbrowns
  3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking it halfway through
  4. When there's only like a few minutes left, scoop some of the beef into the air fryer tray and shake it nice and even
  5. When it's done, drizzle ketchup all over that bad boy
  6. Eat with spoon
