Fries Beef
This thing's entire flavor profile is carried by the Maillard reaction
How to do it
- Crank your stovetop hood to maximum power.
- Heat the wok (or skillet) up on high heat.
- Get it really hot. You know it's hot when you sprinkle water on it and you get the Leidenfrost effect.
- Dump the beef into the hot pan and stir fry with spatula. The beef's own fat will be the cooking oil.
- Ignore the smoke alarm. It knows not your fitness goals.
- (Optional) Add salt and pepper or other low-calorie flavoring.
- Once the beef is all browned and cooked, plate.

If you really wanna make this into a full ass meal, here you go:
Ingredients (additional):
- Air Fryer
- Frozen hashbrown potatoes (eyeball)
- Ketchup
- Pickles (optional)
How to do it:
- Preheat air fryer for 370 degrees
- After it's heated, take the tray out and dump frozen hashbrowns in until you have a bed of hashbrowns
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking it halfway through
- When there's only like a few minutes left, scoop some of the beef into the air fryer tray and shake it nice and even
- When it's done, drizzle ketchup all over that bad boy
- Eat with spoon
