Chops of Lamb
I made this one time and it was quite good
How to do it
- Heat the thick butter in skillet
- Add thyme to the butter
- Salt & pepper chops a lil bit on the cutting board
- Add garlic to the butter thyme base
- Add rosemary and a lil olive oil
- Add some more garlic if you like garlic
- Cook the lamb chops on one side for 4–5 minutes on med/hi heat
- Turn the chops on the fat side for a lil when flipping — really sear the fat cause that be good
- Flip the chops over and cook them 2–3 more minutes
- Baste them with butter while they cook (spoon to splash the butter in the pan onto the chops)
- Flip them over one last time for 1 minute before serving
- Plate them and cover with foil
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Eat
