Chops of Lamb

I made this one time and it was quite good

How to do it

  1. Heat the thick butter in skillet
  2. Add thyme to the butter
  3. Salt & pepper chops a lil bit on the cutting board
  4. Add garlic to the butter thyme base
  5. Add rosemary and a lil olive oil
  6. Add some more garlic if you like garlic
  7. Cook the lamb chops on one side for 4–5 minutes on med/hi heat
  8. Turn the chops on the fat side for a lil when flipping — really sear the fat cause that be good
  9. Flip the chops over and cook them 2–3 more minutes
    • Baste them with butter while they cook (spoon to splash the butter in the pan onto the chops)
  10. Flip them over one last time for 1 minute before serving
  11. Plate them and cover with foil
  12. Rest for 5 minutes
  13. Eat
