How to do it

  1. Scoop the yogurt into a blender or nutribullet
    • Tip: since yogurt sticks to the spoon, zero the food scale on the tub of yogurt and measure -170g
  2. Add the milk. Mix with the spoon and then lick the spoon to make sure you got all the yogurt.
  3. Scoop in your whey protein powder
  4. Blend until homogeneous
  5. Drink
